CANCELLED REFUND PROCEDURE
Refunds are only available upon cancellation by the guest and will only be issued if the Accommodation Owner has set Flexible or Strict cancellation policies.
However, the cancellation must be made no later than the date indicated in the booking confirmation.
-flexible cancellation policy provides for a full refund of the entire prepayment amount in case of timely cancellation, minus the cost of conversion and bank commission.
-Strict cancellation policy provides for a refund of 50% of the prepayment amount in case of timely cancellation, minus the cost of conversion and bank commission.
If the host cancels the reservation and the guest refuses the alternative accommodation offered by Geo Booking, a full refund of the entire amount of the prepayment will be made.
Refund procedure:
1. Download and fill out the return application:
- for Russian citizens https://www.batumistay.com/payments/refund_form_ru .doc;
- for citizens of other countries https://www.batumistay.com/payments/ refund_form.doc;
2. Send a scanned copy of the application to e-mail support@batumistay.com.
A scanned copy of the application must be sent within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds are made within 5 working days from the moment the client submits an application for a refund.
The refundable amount, after deducting the costs associated with the refund, is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
For residents of the Russian Federation, a refund is made:
- Western Union money transfer in US dollars;
- to a bank card in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the day of return;
- to the recipient's settlement account in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the day of the return;
For residents of other countries, refunds are made:
- Western Union money transfer in US dollars;
- to a bank card in the currency of the account linked to the card (except for:
issued in Afghanistan, Venezuela, Iran, Iraq, Columbia, USA, Ukraine) at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the day of return;
The costs associated with the return of funds, including conversion and bank commission, in case of cancellation by the guest, are paid by the recipient (will be deducted from the amount returned).
The application is a prerequisite for a refund.
The application must be sent no later than 7 days from the date of cancellation of the reservation, otherwise applications for a refund will not be accepted.
Geo Booking is not responsible for any delay in refunds caused by banks and/or other partners.
