*** For long-term rentals, utility bills (electricity, gas, water, TV/internet, elevator) are not included in the rental price and are paid by guests separately.

** Security deposit for long term rentals (30 nights or more) is $150. When renting for a period of 2 or more months, payment upon arrival - for the first and last month of residence.

Note: the guest undertakes to keep the premises clean and tidy. If at the end of the stay the condition of the apartment does not match the original, $ 20 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning the apartment.

* In case of early check-in from 12:00 to 15:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 15:00 (in case the apartment is free during these hours), no additional fee is charged from the guest for these hours. Early check-in from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 is charged at the rate of half the cost of 1 night. For early check-in / late check-out in the rest of the evening, night time or morning hours, 100% of the cost will be charged✓

 

Within walking distance - the sea and the beach, water park and Primorsky Boulevard with singing fountains, many cafes and restaurants.

There is a bus stop nearby. Buses go along the boulevard and the coast, so it is impossible to get lost. The city center can be reached in 5-10 minutes or on foot in 15-20 minutes.
