Cozy bright studio with sea views on the 24th floor of the Real Palace residential complex, located on ul. Pirosmani in an area with developed infrastructure. The apartment can accommodate no more than 3 adult guests or two adults and one child: a bed for two people and a folding chair for one.

 

Bedding, towels and kitchenware are provided. A full-fledged household and technical equipment of this apartment will allow guests to feel comfortable. The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave, TV and Wi-Fi, electric kettle, hairdryer and iron.

 

*** For long-term rentals, utility bills (electricity, gas, water, TV/Internet, elevator) are not included in the rental price and are paid by guests separately.

** Security deposit for long term rentals (30 nights or more) is $150.

Note: The guest undertakes to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. If at the end of the stay the condition of the apartment does not match the original, $ 20 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning the apartment.

* For early check-in from 12:00 to 15:00 and late check-out from 12:00 to 15:00 (if the apartment is free during these hours), no additional payment will be charged from the guest for these hours. Early check-in from 8:00 to 12:00 and late check-out from 15:00 to 18:00 is paid at half the cost of 1 night. For early check-in / late check-out the rest of the evening, night or morning hours, 100% of the cost will be charged ✓
